We offer two free, flexible courses to help you get started or progress:
Level 1 – Introduction to Business Administration
Ideal if you're new to office-based work or returning to education. You’ll learn:

Basic admin tasks like filing, emailing, and using office software

Confidence, teamwork, and communication skills

Preparing for interviews and entry-level roles
Level 2 – Certificate in Business Administration
For learners ready to build on existing knowledge. You’ll develop:

Handling customer queries and complaints

Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to a professional standard

Data entry, record keeping and business communication

Organising meetings, managing diaries and supporting management
-
Skills to move into full-time roles or apprenticeships

What Can You Earn?

These courses are fully funded through the Adult Skills Fund, meaning they’re free if you meet the following:
