Entry Level Digital Skills
A gentle introduction to using technology in everyday life.
You’ll learn how to:

Stay safe and protect your personal information online
Perfect for those who have little or no digital experience.
Level 1 Digital Functional Skills
For learners ready to build on the basics and use digital tools for work or learning.
You’ll develop skills in:

Creating, formatting and editing digital documents

Managing folders, storage and passwords

Using email, calendars and video calls (e.g. Zoom, Teams)

Solving simple IT problems

Online job applications, forms and portals

Understanding digital safety, privacy and data use
This course is equivalent to a GCSE (pass grade) and is recognised by employers and colleges.
