This is a non-regulated, flexible course with no exams or formal qualifications — just practical, supportive learning based on what employers value most: positive attitudes, self-belief, and the ability to keep going when things get tough.

Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for free training if you:

  • Are aged 19 or over

  • Live in England

  • Are unemployed, or in work and earning below £23,104

  • Are not currently in full-time funded education

We’ll help you confirm eligibility and enrol you on the right course.
