Sarah joined Skills-UK's Health & Social Care Bootcamp with a clear ambition to develop her skills, increase her confidence, and secure a rewarding career within the care sector. As part of Skills-UK's strong partnership with Caremark, Sarah was offered the opportunity to attend an interview arranged through the Bootcamp. Her dedication and enthusiasm impressed the employer, resulting in her successfully securing employment with Caremark and beginning her career within the sector.

However, Sarah's achievements did not stop there. Since entering employment, she has continued to excel in her role, quickly establishing herself as a valued member of the Caremark team. Her commitment to delivering outstanding care, combined with her professionalism and desire to make a positive difference to the lives of others, led to her being nominated for Caremark's prestigious Rising Star Award.

In recognition of her exceptional contribution and rapid development within the organisation, Sarah was subsequently named the winner of the Rising Star Award at Caremark's annual awards ceremony. This outstanding achievement is a testament to her dedication, work ethic, and passion for supporting others. To receive such recognition so early in her career highlights the significant impact she has already made within the workplace.
